Haemers presswork

On this page our possibilities for presswork are shown by means of pictures. 

Our machinery consists of 22 presses having the following characteristics:

• a minimum pressure of 30 tons
• a maximum pressure of 400 tons
• fully automated production lines up to 160 tons with coil processing up to 600 mm width
• fully automated production lines up to 100 tons with the capacity to process strips of metal

     
The components can be threaded, chamfered, welded, …
Post-processing such as drilling, riveting, etc. are also possible.

All tooling is designed, developed and manufactured in-house and maintenance is done in our modernised and expanded toolshop.
A new milling machine has led to an increase of our capacity and possibilities.
